I’ve been cold plunging for a couple of years now. Every morning, 5am, I’m in it. I had previously been using one of those cheap blow up baths. I’d have to add 14 gallons of ice every two days. This one is so well insulated, the ice lasts a week. Very sturdy. Extremely happy with it.
